Onebrief is building AI-powered workflow software for military planning and operational coordination. We seek an Outcome Engineer to help create the AI Engineering Platform, moving from prompts to fully autonomous, agentic software factories that enable scalable execution.

You will join a distributed team, collaborating with engineers and researchers to ship production-ready tools and capabilities that redefine product development for AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• Production-grade software development experience.
• Experience with AI/ML tooling and agent-based systems.
• Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect Multi-Agent Systems to enable collaboration and robust workflows.
• Implement Automated Governance with policy engines and guardrails.
• Engineer Context and Memory using knowledge graphs and vector stores.
• Build rigorous evaluation frameworks with automated metrics and specs.
• Design self-healing loops linking observability to agent actions.
• Prototype and deploy new tools to production for internal and external users.
• Experiment with new models and orchestration techniques daily.
