Responsibilities

• Lead outbound team on 2nd shift; plan and assign daily work orders.
• Ensure on-time and accurate picking, packing, and shipping per client specs.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics; adjust as needed.
• Provide training and coaching to new hires and veterans.
• Maintain safety and security guidelines, including hazardous materials rules.
• Coordinate manpower and overtime with the supervisor as needed.
• Prepare daily schedules and ensure proper distribution of pick tickets.
