Job summary

Local Crafts is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead in our Columbus, Ohio warehouse to support the Outbound team. The Lead will own specialized order flows, troubleshoot issues in real time, and also pick and ship orders alongside the team.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse operations, solid communication, and the ability to stay calm during mid-shift challenges. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience in picking, shipping or fulfillment.
• Experience with training, lead, or mentorship roles preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and effective when problems arise mid-shift.
• Clear communication across experience levels.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute specialized order flows including Amazon, B2B, and trade show shipments.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and guide team to resolution.
• Pick and ship orders alongside the team.
• Support onboarding of new team members with workflows.
• Monitor aged orders in NetSuite and escalate exceptions to leadership.
• Maintain accuracy and quality standards in packing and shipping.
