Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a Warehouse Associate to hand-build pallets and load shipments in a fast-paced distribution center. You will read pick sheets, locate items with a pallet jack, label products, and prepare pallets for loading onto trucks.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma or GED, up to 6 months of warehouse experience, and forklift/pallet jack certification. The role requires strict safety practices and accurate time-tracking using company tools.

Qualifications

• 6 months warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification/license required.

Responsibilities

• Read pick sheets and travel to warehouse locations using a pallet jack.
• Picks product type and quantity, labels products and places on a pallet and loads the pallet on trucks per zone and standards.
• Handles products and builds pallets according to food safety procedures to minimize damage and cross‑contamination.
• Maintains warehouse cleanliness and safety; acts on spills or damaged cases per company standards.
