Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager, Warehouse Operations (Outbound) to oversee outbound processing, picking, staging, and loading of shipments. You will manage a supervisory team, ensure SOP compliance, and respond to disruptions to sustain on-time customer commitments.

You will lead 60-90 hourly and salaried teammates, collaborate with Sales and Customer Service, and drive safety and efficiency across the operation in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing outbound warehouse operations.
• Supervisory experience with 60-90 teammates.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and SOPs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and schedule staffing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily outbound processing including releasing, picking, staging, and loading.
• Directs a supervisory staff of five direct-report supervisors.
• Ensures operations comply with SOPs and site directives.
• Manages staffing, training, and development of 60-90 teammates.
• Responds to disruptions to meet customer commitments and adjust resources.
• Communicates with Sales and Customer Service to address concerns.
