The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, budgeting, and regulatory compliance (OSHA/DEA/FDA), with occasional travel to support operations across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution environment preferred.
• Inventory planning and processing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables).
• Experience with ERPs (Oracle or Manhattan) preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Supervisory team of 6 Outbound Supervisors and 90 associates.
• Ensure timely distribution and receipt of product and adherence to DC standards.
• Drive process improvements and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide leadership and coaching on floor and in office settings.
• Communicate strategy and translate it into executable initiatives.
• Interface with customers and suppliers; travel a few times per year.
