Job summary

You will direct dock operations, supervise loaders and forklift drivers, and drive on‑time, accurate order fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy and cost controls.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing MSS/FSQA, collaborating with operations leadership, and optimizing labor utilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in warehouse distribution.
• Experience supervising a workforce.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and ensure injury-free operations.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and performance.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound activities and order accuracy.
