US Foods is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced distribution environment in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and cost control while ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and outbound loading.

You will guide associates, optimize workflow, and collaborate with operations to meet service levels. The position requires 3+ years in warehouse distribution and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with HACCP/OSHA familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year overseeing a workforce.
• Familiarity with HACCP, OSHA and FIFO processes.
• Proficient with MS Excel and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to maintain an injury-free workplace.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and policy training.
• Direct and supervise on-floor productivity and performance.
• Hire, train, and discipline warehouse personnel as needed.
• Ensure accurate orders are staged and loaded for shipment.
• Monitor productivity metrics and address variances with coaching.
