Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring for a warehouse operations role in Charlotte. The position involves leading a team, operating forklift equipment, and ensuring safe, efficient handling of materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will develop customer service excellence, coordinate receipts and distributions, and oversee inventory accuracy while maintaining compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification typically required within 3–6 months of hire.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and warehouse equipment.
• Basic proficiency with internet and job-specific software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Serve as a lead to staff and provide work direction; supervise complex operations.
• Perform all forklift requirements including handling heavy and oversized pieces.
• Coordinate receipts, storage and distribution of materials within the area.
• Operate hand tools for packaging, crates, and containers; adjust as needed.
• Complete forms, labels and documents to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Oversee warehouse maintenance and identify potential issues; assist resolution.
• Prepare and assemble orders, pick and count materials, move materials between operations.
