Job summary

Capital Electric in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Lead Outbound Warehouse Associate to drive end-to-end logistics, oversee inbound and outbound shipments, and lead a small team ensuring peak efficiency. You will coordinate daily operations to keep the warehouse running smoothly and safely.

You will use Solar Eclipse software to track orders, enforce safety standards, and mentor staff while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience; electrical distribution knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient forklift operator with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Logistics: Manage the full journey of products from arrival to shipment using Solar Eclipse software.
• Shipment Supremo: Oversee all incoming/outgoing logistics with speed and accuracy.
• Team Lead & Coach: Guide warehouse associates through daily tasks like packaging, staging, loading, and movement.
• Quality Control Captain: Ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
• Safety First Advocate: Maintain a safe, compliant workplace following SOPs and OSHA standards.
• PIT Master: Operate a variety of forklifts.
