Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving practices and merchandise handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and shipping schedules for the branch.
• Instruct and supervise warehouse staff in operations and safety.
• Assign workloads and maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances.
• Address daily operational issues and improve processes.
• Keep staff informed of company news and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Plan stock layout and manage storage areas for efficiency.
• Analyze records to ensure stock accuracy and levels.
• Communicate with customers and sales teams on service issues.
• Multitask and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
