Cardinal Health is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Associate to support accurate picking, packing and shipping. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and comfort operating power industrial trucks (PIT) and working up to 25 feet. You will follow standard procedures, use RF scanners, and contribute to a safe, productive warehouse.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and rotate through warehouse areas, heights up to 25 feet.

• Accurately pick, pack, ship product.
• Work on routine assignments requiring problem resolution.
• Follow clearly defined standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with associates and demonstrate teamwork.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety.
• Use RF units/scanners for tasks.
• Participate in associate meetings and report concerns to management.
