Job summary

Greenworks is seeking an Outbound Verification Specialist in the United States to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of products. You will review digital orders in SAP, generate labels, verify item numbers, print labels, and assist with loading products for shipment while complying with SOPs.

Requires strong attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, ability to lift 5–50 lbs (50+ lbs with team lift), and the willingness to complete required training including hazmat

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret SOP / Instructions.
Able to lift 5–50 lbs or team lift 50+ lbs.
Experience with pallet jack operation.
Basic math skills.
Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening and drug test.
SAP or ERP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review order details and confirm item numbers on ODO.
Print labels and prep products for shipment.
Assist with loading outbound trucks and maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure hazmat/IATA training compliance.
Maintain safety and quality standards in the department.
Communicate with teammates and escalate issues as needed.
