Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Outbound Agent to contact prospective customers by phone and promote vacation ownership opportunities. This role focuses on selling marketed vacation packages to prospective buyers and guiding them toward resort tours and ownership.

The position requires strong communication, client focus, and a sales mindset, with training provided to ensure regulatory compliance and performance targets are met. Benefits include health coverage and 401k with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• On boarding training completed; stay up to date on required courses.
• Excellent communication and client-focused selling skills.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, call center, or marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers via outbound calls with the aim to sell vacation ownership (60%).
• Attend required meetings (10%).
• Ensure compliance with QA and Do Not Call regulations (25%).
• Set and review weekly performance goals (5%).
