Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a sales-focused representative to contact Orange Lake owners and present vacation package options. You will verify demographics, explain package details, and assist owners in booking reservations.

We offer a structured ramp-up, performance-based commissions, and the potential to transition to remote work after 90 days. The role requires energy, reliability, and strong communication in English, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years telemarketing sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; Spanish a plus.
• Timeshare/hospitality background preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Basic data entry and word processing skills.
• Strong organizational and tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Placing sales calls to owners and referrals with the purpose of selling vacation packages.
• Attending team meetings and huddles once a week.
• Attending coaching, one on one, and/or training sessions with a supervisor or manager once every 4 weeks.
