Job summary

The role involves managing daily workforce execution, payroll and PTO processes, and cross-functional partnerships to achieve program goals. Evening/weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience required.
• Leadership in a Call center sales environment preferred.
• Ability to supervise a remote sales team and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of inbound sales agents to meet hourly, daily, and monthly goals.
• Provide real-time sales support, conduct call reviews and coaching.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, payroll, and performance documentation.
• Develop plans to improve conversion, revenue and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with sales practices and company policies.
