Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an Outbound Supervisor (Captain, OEM Parts Wranglers) to lead a Warehouse Rockstars team, champion safety, and maximize daily productivity and quality. You will ensure orders are fulfilled and the Distribution Center runs efficiently.

You’ll manage staffing plans, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements while guiding associates through training and development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You can lead teams, develop people and stay calm under pressure.
• Able to work a 11:30 AM–8:00 PM shift.
• Able to move around and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Warehouse Rockstars and drive safety initiatives.
• Ensure daily orders are prioritized and shipped on time.
• Plan staffing, manage daily operations and housekeeping.
• Lead process improvements and elevate team performance.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new associates.
