Job summary

Parts Town is hiring for an Outbound Team Lead (Team Lead, OEM Parts Wrangler) to oversee our automated Distribution Center operations. You will guide problem solving, support training for new hires, and lead the team of Parts Wranglers to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.

The Job at a Glance

As our Outbound Team Lead (internally known as Team Lead, OEM Parts Wrangler), you will help with problem solving and operational oversight for our larger and more automated Distribution Center as well as improving new-hire training. As the Team Lead, you’ll further your career development by leadingour team of Parts Wranglers.

A Typical Day

• Assist supervisors with workflow management and team member training
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping and productivity expectations are communicated
• Research and provide guidance to solve daily transactional problems
• Provide call-in coverage as needed by becoming highly cross-trained in most DC operations
• Provide leadership during projects and on the Saturday shift

• You are available to work Monday through Friday10:00am-6:30pm shift and are able to work Saturdays when needed.

About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $47,433.61-$57,974.41 ($22.80/hr-$27.87/hr) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
