Qualifications

• Experience in cold-calling, outbound sales, business development, or recruitment sourcing.
• Experience in recruiting management consultants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 50+ outbound cold calls to engage passive candidates.
• Develop targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals for key roles.
• Drive direct engagement strategies, including follow-ups and strategic relationship-building.
• Manage and track candidate interactions and conversion rates to optimize recruitment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
