Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruiting for its sales organization. You will build proactive pipelines for closers, setters, sales leaders, and other revenue-generating roles, using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.

The role requires 1+ years in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates, and moving them through a fast-paced process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles.
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, and moving candidates quickly.
• Able to assess sales potential and avoid resume fluff.
• Comfortable talking to sales professionals and working in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilités

• Own recruitment across Curvion Blue's sales organization.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for sales roles.
• Conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve efficiency.
• Partner with hiring managers to define great-fit profiles.
