Job summary

Vertiv in Ohio seeks a stockroom/shipping associate to support the Service business. Pull, pack, and ship parts; coordinate outbound shipments with routings, packing slips, bills of lading, and serial tracking in SAP. Maintain stock by cycle counts and labeling for daily orders.

Responsibilities include visual inspection, BOM verification, processing orders through portals, handling RMAs, and ensuring safety with PPE requirements. Teamwork and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–3 years stockroom experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming parts and place them into inventory.
• Verify bills of lading, stock locations, quantities and part numbers.
• Package, prepare and load orders; generate picking and shipping labels.
• Process orders via customer portals, Vertiv portal, UPS and FedEx.
• Handle RMA processing and freight claims; create international docs.
• Perform cycle counts and identify stock discrepancies for correction.
• Identify shortages and ensure safety practices and PPE usage.
