Spherion Seattle, conveniently located right here in the University Village, is searching for ambitious and energetic students (undergrad or grad, we love both!) to join our team as Outbound Sales Representatives. This position offers a valuable entry point into the professional services sector for university students. Located within easy access of public transportation, this part-time role provides a flexible work schedule of 10-30 hours per week, adaptable to academic commitments. Successful performance in this capacity may lead to opportunities for full-time employment. This role does not require a degree and provides an excellent platform to develop foundational sales, communication, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a smart plan to connect with potential business clients.
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, mastering professional communication. Work towards achievable weekly goals and track your success (KPIs).
• Guide potential clients through the early stages of partnership, keeping things organized, communicating clearly, and really listening to their needs.
• Use and improve various sales and communication techniques to make a real impact.
• Identify how Spherion can be a game-changer for potential clients, making them even more successful.
• Listen carefully to understand the workforce challenges that might be holding a client back.
• Support our sales team with finding leads, reaching out to prospects, and following up with clients.
