Avantive Solutions in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Call Center Outbound Sales Representative to convert client-provided leads and close sales for a Fortune 100 telecom program. You’ll work on a fixed schedule with training starting soon.

You’ll start at $19.00 per hour base with uncapped commissions; top reps earn substantially more. This is an on-site, full-time role with benefits and opportunities for growth within a global team.

Qualifications

• Must have outbound sales experience and proven ability to close.
• At least 6 months of contact center experience required.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Make and handle outbound calls from a lead list to close sales.
• Identify customer needs, overcome objections and complete sales.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and meet daily/weekly targets.
