United States Digital Space LLC is hiring an Outbound Sales Manager to lead a newly formed German-speaking sales team. You will own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, shaping process and strategy for rapid growth.

Expect a high-velocity environment with targets, coaching, and uncapped commission. Fluency in German and English is required, plus experience in outbound sales and using CRM tools like HubSpot.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a sales role with targets met or exceeded.
• Comfort with a high-volume outbound calling cadence.
• Ability to explain complex products simply to small businesses.
• Experience selling to small businesses is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline from first contact to closed deal.
• Identify and qualify prospects with good judgment on finance needs.
• Shape sales strategy by sharing best practices to improve results.
