The role runs M-F, 8–5, and offers a base salary of USD 48,000 with uncapped earning potential through performance-based incentives that can total 30k+ annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in BDC, Internet Sales, Call Center Sales, or Customer Relations preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the company effectively.
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with upcoming lease expirations.
• Professionally introduce company offerings and value proposition.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Generate qualified appointments and opportunities for the sales team.
• Accurately document interactions and maintain organized records in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call activity and appointment targets.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve results.
