Upgrade Resources is seeking a Sales Representative in Fort Worth, TX. This on-site, full-time role focuses on new business development, expanding client portfolios, and partnering with recruiting to deliver staffing solutions.

You will build relationships, conduct in-person presentations, and work toward milestones that unlock an established client portfolio and six-figure earnings through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven outside B2B sales experience
• Outside B2B staffing sales preferred
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and network to generate new business opportunities
• Grow existing client accounts with additional staffing solutions
• Conduct in-person client visits and presentations to close deals
• Partner with recruiting to fulfill client staffing needs
• Develop and execute local market sales strategies
• Track competitor activity and market trends
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and gross margin goals
