Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; experience in outbound calling or inside sales desirable.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Clear speaking ability for explaining information to customers and employees.
• Basic math and numeric literacy for calculations.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales with new or existing customers and follow up on satisfaction/needs.
• Provide quotes or close sales when campaigns allow.
• Identify opportunities and relay to appropriate teams for follow up.
• Restock and organize showroom merchandise; price and tag items as needed.
• Handle product requests, pricing, and technical information.
• Assist in warehouse tasks: shipping/receiving, inventory stocking, labeling.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.
• Identify leads and manage pre-qualification with sales and marketing.
• Track outcomes of outbound campaigns.
• Back up inbound customer service as needed.
• Comply with DOT and OSHA regulations; observe safety rules.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
