Loadsmart, a Chicago-based logistics technology company, is expanding its Digital Sales team. We are seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative to support outbound motions for ShipperGuide TMS.

The exempt role sits in Digital Sales at the Chicago HQ. You will research target warehouses, engage senior executives, and book qualified intro meetings for Account Executives, while developing SaaS sales skills with a clear path to a closing role.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ years of sales or lead generation experience with a track record of hitting goals.
• Strong communication, customer engagement, and organizational skills.
• High energy self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership over learning and success.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize target warehouse and distribution companies and their key decision-makers.
• Engage senior executives through high-volume outbound (phone, email, social)
• Book qualified intro meetings for Account Executives
• Confidently communicate the value of Loadsmart’s digital solutions
• Develop SaaS sales skills with a clear path to a closing role
• Contribute to a high-performance, winning sales culture
• Help craft creative, compelling outbound messaging for ideal customers
