Our work focuses on weight loss and clinical care, giving you the opportunity to have meaningful conversations with patients and make a real difference in their experience.

And don't worry if you're new to our specific healthcare environment—we provide two weeks of paid, on-site training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do

You'll be one of the first people our patients connect with, so your voice, attitude, and willingness to help matter.

Your day will include:

  • Answering incoming patient calls and messages promptly, professionally, and with genuine care.

  • Listening to patients, understanding their needs, and helping guide them to the right solution.

  • Scheduling patient appointments accurately in our EHR system.

  • Documenting patient communications accurately in our CRM platform.

  • Helping patients have a smooth and positive experience with our services.

  • Supporting administrative tasks and jumping in to help the team when needed.

  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive patient information.

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others, communicate with confidence and empathy, and understand that sometimes the smallest interaction can make a big difference in someone's day.

What We're Looking For

You could be a great fit if you are:
