Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading outbound fulfillment in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Strong coaching, communication, and labor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end outbound operations for a dual-building campus, including planning and loading.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity using Lean, DMAIC, and daily performance tracking.
• Manage labor planning with LMS, monitor KPIs, and balance campus-wide resources.
• Collaborate with the adjacent building's Outbound Manager to optimize yard and dock availability.
• Develop supervisors and hourly employees through coaching and leadership programs.
