SupplyHouse.com in Reno, NV is seeking an Outbound Manager for our Nevada Fulfillment Center. You will lead outbound operations, oversee picking/packing, and coach the outbound leadership team to meet KPI targets.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the Assistant General Manager and requires 3–5 years in warehouse leadership, with strong knowledge of WMS, inventory, and logistics. You will drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution management with direct oversight of multiple teams or departments.
• Understanding of distribution flow, integration, and automation.
• Fundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain, and logistics concepts.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, and logistics concepts.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with HR, Safety, or Corporate departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all processes and procedures for outbound operations including picking and packing.
• Ensure staffing for picking/packing teams to operate at peak efficiency and complete tasks daily.
• Lead outbound leadership team to meet productivity KPIs.
• Identify and pilot continuous improvements to improve customer service, accuracy, and productivity while reducing costs.
