Responsibilities

• Create all outgoing paperwork for customer shipments (packing lists, invoices, material certifications).
• Coordinate and schedule all customer logistics with freight carriers and 3rd party portals.
• Ensure successful shipment by creating picking wave, verifying orders, and applying labels.
• Maintain access to customer portals related to shipping.
• Create all customs documents and ASN for outgoing shipments.
• Submit customer invoices via portal, EDI, email, etc.
• Contribute to customer delivery rating scores and dashboard management in WMS.
• Report on mis-shipments and coordinate root cause investigations.
