Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Specialist II to support outbound logistics in a high-volume manufacturing environment in the Greater Phoenix area. You will manage outbound shipments, verify inventory, and ensure efficient material flow using WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
Collaboration with production, planning, logistics, and transportation teams is essential. The role requires 3+ years of shipping experience, forklift certification, and bilingual Korean/English proficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outbound shipping experience in a large manufacturing setting.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience coordinating shipments, inventory movements, and logistics operations.
- Fluent in Korean and English; Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Experience in automotive, semiconductor, battery, electronics, aerospace, or related advanced manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Support daily outbound shipping operations and shipment scheduling.
- Verify inventory accuracy and manage warehouse transactions in WMS/ERP.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely customer delivery.
- Collaborate with production, planning, logistics, and transportation teams.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; participate in process improvements.
