Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• 5-7 years of management in logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• 3PL management experience from the customer perspective.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals for outbound logistics and align with team.
• Analyze transport, service, and cost metrics and drive improvements.
• Lead North American transportation operations (truckload, LTL, parcel, intermodal).
• Manage export operations across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Oversee IMMEX-related logistics ensuring compliance.
• Develop strategies to improve service, transit times, and landed costs.
• Manage third-party logistics providers and carriers.
• Conduct regular reviews of carrier performance and progress.
• Coordinate with plants, distribution centers, and planning teams.
