Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using WMS or ERP systems.
• 1+ years in customer service, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the daily outbound shipping schedule to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate outbound operations with warehouse, production, transportation, and customer service.
• Process and manage orders using WMS, ensuring inventory accuracy and shipment visibility.
• Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping labels, packing documentation, and all required paperwork.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate delays to customers and internal teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and urgency.
• Resolve discrepancies by collaborating with warehouse, transportation, production, and planning teams.
• Maintain records in WMS/ERP and generate shipping reports.
