Job summary

NEFCO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage pulling, packing, and shipping of products from the distribution facility to customers and other NEFCO sites. The role reports to the shift Warehouse Lead or Logistics Manager and emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include verifying items against ERP and RF records, loading trucks with forklifts, labeling shipments, and maintaining open communication with branch staff. OT may be required as this non-exempt role.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to use common office software.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, hardworking attitude.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to stand on concrete floors for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and ship products from the warehouse to customers, vendors, or other NEFCO facilities.
• Verify items against ERP/RF records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Load trucks and operate forklifts or similar equipment safely.
• Apply correct shipping labels and prepare outbound shipments.
• Maintain clear communication with management and branch personnel.
