The Outbound Customer Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, scheduled efficiently, and shipped on time. This position serves as the primary point of coordination between customers, transportation providers, production, and warehouse operations to deliver exceptional customer experience while supporting Nefab's commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. We are now looking for a Customer Service Associate, CSA – Outbound Operations to join our team in Nefab VMI – Fairburn. As Customer Service Associate, CSA – Outbound Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the daily outbound shipping schedule to ensure customer orders are shipped on time and in accordance with customer requirements. Coordinating daily outbound operations with warehouse, production, transportation, and customer service teams. Processing and managing customer orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring inventory accuracy and shipment visibility. Releasing, prioritizing, and coordinating orders for loading to meet customer delivery commitments, preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping labels, packing documentation, and all required shipping paperwork. Allocating inventory and investigating inventory discrepancies to support accurate order fulfillment. Monitoring shipment status from order release through delivery and proactively communicating delays or issues to customers and internal teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment schedules, transportation concerns, and delivery updates. Responding to customer inquiries via email with professionalism, urgency, and a customer-first mindset. Resolving shipping, order, and documentation discrepancies by collaborating with warehouse, transportation, production, and planning teams. Processing customer order modifications, cancellations, and special shipping requests while ensuring accurate system updates. Maintaining accurate shipment, inventory, and customer information within the Warehouse Management System. Generating, auditing, updating data in Pinc and G-Sheet databases and maintain shipping reports, operational SLA’s, and required documentation. Supporting inventory accuracy through research, data validation, and transaction processing. You will contribute to strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. processing, inventory record accuracy, strong customer satisfaction, and efficient warehouse operations. You will be part of the Warehouse / Operations team, working closely with the Outbound Lead, Inventory, Transportation, Procurement, and other internal warehouse teams to ensure efficient receipt and processing of goods. In this function, you will communicate across departments, maintain accurate records, multitask and prioritize daily workload. This position is located in Fairburn, Georgia, and you will report to Outbound Supervisor, Luz Dominguez. Scheduled Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00am - 3:30pm, Mon - Thurs.
