Job summary

NEFCO is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, AZ. This role reports to the Warehouse Lead or Logistics Manager and focuses on pulling, packing, and shipping products from the distribution facility.

You will verify items against the ERP system, operate forklifts or related equipment, and ensure correct labels and outbound trucks while maintaining clear communication with management and branch personnel.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to establish priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods.
• Overtime eligibility as a non-exempt role.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and ship products from the warehouse.
• Verify products against ERP/RF system.
• Operate forklifts or cherry pickers as needed.
• Ensure correct shipping labels and outbound trucks.
• Communicate with management and branch personnel.
• Maximize sales potential through proper shipping procedures.
