Job summary

Siemens AG in Southaven, MS is seeking an Outbound Coordinator on 2nd shift to support outbound logistics from the Southaven Logistics Center. The role provides clerical support to materials management, data entry, filing, and responds to inquiries about packing lists and shipping instructions.

Responsibilities include assisting floor personnel with RF and shipping issues, serving as the main contact for Customer Service, managing workflow for carrier delivery and incoming shipments, and

Qualifications

• 2nd shift availability (3:00pm–11:30pm)
• Experience in a large distribution facility
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide support to floor personnel regarding RF and Shipping issues
• Serve as main point of contact with Customer Service (including answering phones, emails, etc.)
• Manage overall workflow of the office including Carrier Delivery/scheduling, updating incoming shipments and expedite requests as needed
• Manage Customer Service communication tools
• Responsible for BOL and Shipping doc filings
• Execute desktop adjustments to support inventory accuracy
