Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
• Introduce agency products and services in a professional and confident manner.
• Identify customer needs and qualify prospects for insurance conversations.
• Schedule appointments for licensed sales agents.
• Follow up consistently with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the system.
• Meet daily call volume, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.
