Steele Insurance Agency in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a dependable Call Center Representative to handle high-volume outbound calls, connect qualified opportunities with our licensed insurance team, and drive consistent lead follow-up.

You will work from a structured lead queue in our CRM, follow scripts, and focus on meaningful conversations, appointments, and transfers to support a growing sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Prior call center or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Comfort following scripts and processes.
• Ability to work in a high-activity outbound role.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls using leads provided through the agency CRM.
• Respond quickly to new and existing lead opportunities.
• Warm-transfer interested prospects directly to licensed sales agents.
• Schedule appointments when a live transfer is not possible.
• Document calls, dispositions, notes, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Maintain organized follow-up activity on assigned leads.
• Meet daily/weekly call, contact, transfer, and appointment goals.
• Follow agency scripts, workflows, and communication standards.
• Participate in coaching and training to improve call quality and conversion.
