Job summary

BambooHR, a Utah-based hybrid role, seeks a Manager, BDR to lead outbound strategy and develop a high-performing BDR team. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops to target ICPs, craft messaging, and optimize the end-to-end outbound process.

You will coach the team, monitor metrics, and align efforts with campaigns to maximize pipeline and revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

4-5+ years of sales or business development experience in SaaS.
3–5+ years of outbound BDR/SDR leadership with proven team management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong understanding of outbound sales strategy, cold outreach, and lead qualification.

Responsibilities

Own the holistic outbound strategy—from defining target segments and messaging to long-term vision for outbound success.
Lead and scale an outbound BDR team to meet or exceed pipeline targets.
Design and refine outbound cadences, practices, and workflows to increase conversion and pipeline quality.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to shape top-of-funnel programs with measurable impact.
Conduct regular 1:1s and team coaching to drive accountability and growth.
Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
