Job summary

Rezilient Health is seeking an energetic outbound prospecting specialist to drive top-of-funnel activity in Indianapolis. You will source, contact, and qualify leads, then schedule discovery calls and product demos for our Account Executives.

You will build a daily lead list, leverage LinkedIn and CRM tools, and follow proven cadences to convert interest into meetings. Strong communication and a coachable mindset are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience supporting outbound prospecting.
• Willingness to conduct cold outreach by phone, email, and other channels.
• Clear, friendly written and verbal communication, including the ability to tailor messages for brokers, consultants, and HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a daily list of new leads across brokers/consultants and self-funded employers using ICPs.
• Source new contacts via LinkedIn, sales tools, and lead lists, and enter details into the CRM.
• Execute high-volume multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to book discovery calls and demos.
