Job summary

Likewize is seeking an energetic Operations Supervisor to lead our Outbound Device Protection Fulfillment team at the Flower Mound distribution center. You’ll manage the end-to-end outbound workflow from order fulfillment and shipping through dock execution, while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every step.

You will develop labor plans, coach coordinators and associates, drive continuous improvement, monitor performance metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics or fulfillment operations with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with labor planning and workforce optimization in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems; product grading a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outbound fulfillment, including pick/pack/ship and dock activities.
• Lead Coordinators and associates to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop labor plans to optimize staffing and productivity.
• Monitor service, quality, safety, and productivity metrics; drive improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and ensure seamless execution.
