Job summary

Likewize is seeking an energetic Operations Supervisor for the Flower Mound distribution center to lead the outbound device protection fulfillment team. You will own the end-to-end process, from pick/pack/ship to dock, driving safety, quality, and efficiency while developing high-performing teams.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/logistics with 3+ years of leadership, strong labor planning skills, and experience with warehouse systems to maintain inventory accuracy and throughput.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics or fulfillment operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience leading teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outbound device protection fulfillment operation.
