Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking an Inbound Dock Supervisor to oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates. You will coordinate the routing of shipments and the loading/unloading of freight, ensuring P&D close-out on time and handling special customer requests.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of dock or leadership experience, or completion of Southeast's Management Training Program. Third shift with on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates.
• Coordinate routing of shipments and loading/unloading of freight.
• Ensure P&D units close out on time and meet customer requests.
• Implement loss prevention measures and drive continuous improvement in the service center.
• Plan warehouse layout and determine workloads and schedules.
• Assign duties and inspect work for accuracy and policy conformance.
• Maintain awareness of risks and enforce safety controls.
