Job summary

sefl is seeking an Inbound Dock Supervisor to oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates. You will coordinate shipment routing and oversee loading/unloading of freight, ensuring timely P&D close-out and compliance with customer requests.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeastern's Management Training Program. Third Shift availability may apply.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of dock or leadership experience (or completion of Training Program).
• Experience in supervising dock teams and coordinating yard/dock activities.
• Ability to plan dock operations, routing, and loading/unloading of freight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates.
• Coordinate routing of shipments and loading/unloading freight.
• Establish controls to ensure P&D units close on time and honor special customer requests.
• Ensure inbound close-out timeliness for shipments.
• Manage P&D loading, including stops, weight, and load conditions.
