Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of dock or leadership experience.
• Completion of Southeast's Management Training Program is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates.
• Coordinate routing of shipments and loading/unloading of freight.
• Establish control to ensure P&D units close on time and special customer requests are handled on time.
• Ensure inbound close-out for timeliness and P&D loading per load parameters.
• Maintain loss prevention plans and drive process improvements with center teams.
• Plan warehouse layout and storage areas considering turnover, size, and weight of items stored.
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and inspect work for accuracy and policyconformance.
• Monitor significant risks and implement adequate control.
