Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–4 years of client management, outbound sales, or contact center experience.
• Proven outbound calling experience with goals in contact and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Make timely outbound calls to guide clients through account setup and digital enrollment.
• Collaborate with bankers, product, and operations teams to resolve issues and drive onboarding outcomes.
• Drive onboarding outcomes: account funding, online banking enrollment, debit card activation, bill pay or money movement setup.
• Refer client needs to bankers and partner teams for follow-up.
• Interact with clients and departments to ensure successful outcomes and clear communication.
