Responsibilities

• Exercise judgment to impact operations.
• Proactive outbound outreach to assigned clients.
• Drive onboarding outcomes: funding, online banking enrollment, debit card activation, bill pay.
• Resolve client issues or escalate to the appropriate support channel.
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers.
• Interact with clients and departments to ensure successful outcomes.
